Remove Windows terminal profiles from settings

Remove terminal.integrated.defaultProfile.windows and the terminal.integrated.profiles.windows object from settings.json. This deletes several custom Windows terminal profiles (Claude, Codex, Command Prompt (conda), Powershell (conda), Gemini, Qwen, Git Bash, PowerShell) to simplify the configuration and fall back to the platform/default terminal behavior.
