Remove chat-related settings from settings.json

Delete multiple chat-related configuration entries from settings.json, including chat.agent.maxRequests, chat.agent.thinkingStyle, chat.checkpoints.showFileChanges, chat.editing.confirmEditRequestRemoval, chat.mcp.autostart, chat.mcp.discovery.enabled.cursor-global, chat.mcp.gallery.enabled, and chat.tools.global.autoApprove. Cleans up custom chat settings so the workspace falls back to defaults.
