xixu-me 9e3b7dcd32 Update service icon URLs in META.js 
Replaced `BASE_ICON_SET_URL` and `extractFavicon` references with a new `SERVICE_ICON_SET_URL` for consistency and to use updated icon paths. This change affects multiple service entries in the `services` array.
