Add 'Domestic' proxy group and update related rules

Introduces a new 'Domestic' proxy group with relevant proxies and icon. Updates rules to use 'Domestic' instead of 'Chinese Mainland 🇨🇳' for direct and cncider rules, improving clarity and maintainability.
