xixu-me cc11968df9 Refactor Google Drive upload to use only multipart upload 
Removed support for resumable and chunked uploads, as well as file type advice and related helper functions. The upload process now always uses multipart upload for all file sizes, simplifying the code and error handling.

Introduces checks for Telegram's 20MB file size limit and provides user guidance for oversized files. Implements Google Drive resumable uploads for files larger than 5MB, and adds helper functions for chunked file processing and file type-specific compression advice. Exports helper functions for testing.

xixu-me 3bc9d13615 Remove CPU limit from wrangler config 
Deleted the 'limits.cpu_ms' setting from wrangler.jsonc to allow default CPU usage. This may be to enable longer execution times or to rely on platform defaults.

xixu-me 79a25966d4 Refactor bot logic and add tests for file uploads 
Refactored src/index.js to modularize and simplify Telegram file and photo upload handling to Google Drive. Enhanced Google authentication and file upload logic, improved error handling, and added unit tests in test/index.test.js. Updated package.json with metadata and made the package public. Adjusted wrangler.jsonc to set CPU limits and add environment variables.

Rewrites the Cloudflare Worker to handle Telegram file uploads to Google Drive using the resumable upload API for large files. Adds detailed error handling, progress tracking, and modularizes authentication and upload logic. Removes legacy code for multipart uploads and streamlines the file handling process.
