Thanks for your amazing work on xget—it's been a game-changer for downloading developer resources efficiently.

I’d like to suggest adding support for PortableApps.com, which hosts over 1,400 portable software packages. Downloads from this site are often slow in China, especially for .paf.exe installers and platform updates. Since the URLs are static and predictable, they seem well-suited for xget’s acceleration logic.

Adding PortableApps.com would greatly benefit users who rely on portable tools and want a smoother experience.
