Remove install and build steps from workflow

Eliminated the 'Install dependencies' and 'Build project' steps from the pages-eo GitHub Actions workflow, leaving only the deployment step. This streamlines the workflow and may indicate that build artifacts are now pre-generated or handled elsewhere.
