xixu-me 90d44ddd8d Add multi-store publish workflow and update docs ...

Replaces the Chrome-only publish workflow with a new GitHub Actions workflow that automates publishing to both Chrome Web Store and Microsoft Edge Add-ons, and creates GitHub releases with multiple extension formats. Updates README with new installation instructions, store availability table, and details about automated publishing for maintainers.
