Subject: [PATCH] Add cross-editor sharing instructions and new settings

Updated both English and Chinese README files to document compatibility with Code-OSS-based editors and provide symbolic link instructions for sharing settings across editors. Added new settings for AI toolcall command deny list, autoRun confirm mode, and enabled features for Kiro and Trae in settings.json.
